Music Melon Limited (company no. 15635848) operates an online platform connecting students with music tutors.

2. Our Service
We provide access to 1–1 music tuition lessons with independent tutors, delivered online or in person.
Tutors are independent providers. Music Melon facilitates matching, booking, and payment.
3. Booking & Payment
Lessons are booked via our platform.
Payment is required in advance unless stated otherwise.
Prices are shown at checkout.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed lessons may be charged in full.
Where possible, lessons should be rescheduled rather than refunded.
5. Refunds
Memberships and lesson payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued where:
we cannot provide a tutor, or
a lesson cannot reasonably be rescheduled
Any exceptions are at our discretion.
6. Tutor Availability
We aim to match you with a suitable tutor, but availability is not guaranteed.
If a tutor becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
keeping your account details secure
ensuring your information is accurate
We may suspend accounts for misuse or breach of these terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
misuse the platform or interfere with its operation
attempt unauthorised access
engage in abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward tutors or others
9. Liability
We provide the platform and facilitate lessons but are not liable for:
interruptions to the service
actions of independent tutors
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept any changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
